Angry
No finacial help, boyfriend is also a minor and a deadbeat, won't work, can't pay. Who pays, his Parents? Or do I have to cover all medical and misc. exspenses do to legal Guardianship? Currantly living in Ohio, outside of Cincinnati.

His parents are not liable.. Apply for gov. assistance to help with the finances.
