LegalBeagle & AAIL// I went to court yesterday!!

Hello again,

So you wanted to know what happened in court when I went so here it is.

I won! Just not the way I wanted to.My ex-husband had a lawyer and I was alone. From the beginning of the hearing his lawyer tried to make me look like a lier and a sneak. She somehow had the judge actually consider the fact that I had an indecent relationship with the mortgage holder on my ex-husbands home. Now he is being forclosed on! They made it all look like some scheme that I had staged. I couldn't help but cry which just made the judge angry! Everything I said was taken the wrong way and in the end the lawyer did make me look ridiculous! I told the judge what happened on Sat. (When my ex told me to come get my daughter because he was sick of spanking her). His lawyer said, " With all do respect your honor, this just never happened"!!! Once again I tell the truth and he doesn't. Who looked wrong,-ME Again...
Then his lawyer stated that calling my children once a day at my ex's was harrassment. The judge agreed. Now I can only talk to them once every other day or so.
Sure, I got all of the back child support that was owed to me but who really won? The money does not matter to me at all. I do not understand why I seem like the only person involved that is concerned about the welfare of my children.

Now at least with all the money I got I can retain a good lawyer, the best I can find!!!! I am not done fighting yet guy's!!
