my boy friends ex has filed papers against him for violating a court order, ( not to have female visitors in the house after 10 pm when he has overnight visitation with his son) and now her laywer is trying to tell him that he cannot have overnight visits with his son until we go to court. Is this legal? can they stop his overnight visits with out a judge ruling on this? we did not violate this order!!! i am out of the house before 10 pm and sleep elsewhere when he has his son!!!!! we live in va.
