I got married in Texas in Feb of 97 and I found out two days ago that my husband was already married to someone else and did not get a divorce until April 97. Now my question is Is my marriage license any good? If it is how can I go about getting a divorce or anullment

Is the reason you want a divorce just because of this two months or do you have other issues ?
