Question
I pay child-support to my ex-wife who relocated almost two years ago & did not notify me or leave a forwarding address. I have not seen my children for almost two years. What are my legal options? Child-support & visitation were both court-ordered.

File an ex parte motion to hold her in contempt of court. Ask the court if you can pay the CS to the court to hold until she asks for it and tells you where she and your kids are. If the court won't go for that, hire a process server or PI to do a skip trace on her and find out where she is.
