Missing Spouse

I need to locate the husband I haven't seen for 10+ years and, due to limited resources, I'm trying to do a lot of the work myself. He's a veteran who suffered a series of mental breakdowns during the years we were married and was unable to hold down a job for any length of time. There's also no close family to question. Social security didn't help. If anyone has a suggestion, I'd be most appreciative. Thanking you in advance!
