I am taking the father of my child back to court, filing myself. He has now hired an attorny who I called to set a hearing date . They were not very polite and stated they will supoena me if I dont make one dates available and call in 3 days. My x has graduated from school 2 years ago and has a had good job since. He was unemployed from the original final hearing and near graduating back then. What advice can you give me in regards to the despositon? I do know I must comply.

May I suggest that you hire an attorney? If you are unable to hire one, go to Legal Aide in your nearest metro area, or have the CSEA in your state handle this.. If he is behind on his payments they are more able to handle all the issues involved then you will be. I feel I am pretty knowledgable about the laws in my state but to be quite honest I would never attempt to go to court without an atty on something of this stature.. especially if the other party has an attorney. You are going to find that the Judge will expect you to be as knowledgable of the law as the attorney for the other side.
Just a little advice, not meaning to discourage you..

Best advice is to get your own attorney. Just by that first phone call it seems that his attorney will do all they can to screw you and mess you around. You may end up over your head if he has a nasty attorney..
