modification of custody

Where can I get help filling out a mod. of custody. I have the paperwork, but wow how confusing! I don't want to fill it out wrong, file with the court and have it tossed out. This has to be done before the end of the year. It is regarding who gets to claim dependents. I've been divorced 10 years and remarried for 5 My ex is still claiming kids. Support has never been raised, and he doesn't help with anything! He has never kept his end of support agreement. Help!

Perhaps a paralegal would be of assistance to you. They are cheaper than attorneys.
