I'm in MA.
recently my ex wife took me to court for more child support and won!she was pregnant at the time with another mans twins.at that time she was living on own working and showing responsibilities(reason she rushed to court)I don't mind paying my fair share!
she now has the 2 kids plus mine and has quit her job moved into his house and doesn't appear as though she has financial responsabilities for my son other than clothing and food.I would like to know if I could get support modified so I can have more to enjoy my son with like maybe bigger apt.
it doesn't seem fair and I know my son is not his responsability,but what is fair?
she say's my sons money has to help with house and household bills,
any advice welcome I would just like some fairness in amount of support
