Question
My ex spouse has allowed a registered child sex offender to live with him. The sex offender is legally registered at my ex's address and had lived there for 4 months. I want to modify visitation to no overnight stays and possible because of past issues also change to sole custody. Please let me know how I can file a petition to modify on my own if I can...Thanks Tami
