I noticed that there was nothing in the divorce papers about parents who reside over 100 miles apart. My ex husband won't allow me to see our 18 month old son and its killing me I am trying to get this modifyed myself but am not sure how to file a motion to modify. I am going to be spending a few months in fort worth maybe he will alow me to see my son. if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it. |

| That is strange that your order does not have guidelines for parents residing more then 100 miles apart. But since you said it doesnt, you will have to go back to court to modify the visitation agreement. Before you spend the money to do this though call the District Clerk at the court that the divorce was granted and ask her/him if there is a provision in your visitation for parents residing more then 100 miles apart. If it is a standard Tx State visitation agreement it should have it. |
