| I know that I'm asking this after the fact. But ex moved out of state about two years ago against Ca court orders. I never did anything about it. Ex has physical custody of kids. Now he is playing games with visitations. Could I take him back to court about moving out of state? |

| Your best bet is to take him to court over visitation and mention the move against previous court orders. btw, all new court actions will need to be in the new state that the children are in. If you try anything in CA, he can have it thrown out as they no longer have jurisdiction. Sorry, but as you realise, you should have done this when he first moved. |
