moving out of state/visitation modification

Unfortunately my ex is forcing us to go back to court for contempt. He took her on a trip and hid it. I had no phone number etc. We will be moving out of state at the end of the school year. I would like to know what the maximum amount of time my daughter will have to spend with him per month, summer, holidays etc based on previous court cases. Keep in mind his visitation is supervised by a family member, and we are going back to ask for a psy, family study,and court supervised visitation.
