Everyone has been so helpful with my problem so my best friend has asked for your advice now. Her husband has been in the pen for 4+ yrs. They have 2 children the youngest was only a few weeks old when he was arrested. She has heard that she can get a divorce free. Is this true and if so how does she go about doing it. She lives in Texas.
