Question

I went to the judge and asked for temp custody and was denied.The judge sent us to orientation and mediation. My question is she lied in court to the judge, and I just recently obtained documents to prove this.Can't she get in trouble for lying in court?

To my knowledge, if you can 'prove' that someone lied in court, they can be held in contempt. What state do you live in? Did you have an attorney?

You can SUE this person on many levels!!!
Sue him/her in these positions;
1. His/her Job position
2. As a person (By name)
3. Sue the city/town for hiring him/her
4. Sue the County

Find out her his/her superior is and file charges.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let them "bully" you. You need an excellent attorney to represent you, get one from outside your county! Also, make them aware that you will not let this matter rest until you see results of a prosecution. Go in their offices every day if need be!!

Go to the local newspapers and if necessary, go to your local TV news!! This really gets results!!

I know that it may be a long and hard road, but do it for the good of the child and to make the Courts realize that you are not a person who is going to take "this" lying down.

Good luck!!
