I live and filed in GA. She lives in FL. 1 child is involved and reside with me. She refuses to sign the papers and I have filed under no fault...she is being difficult just because she doesn't want to pay child support. Will the court give me a divorce any way in GA? I am planning to also send notifications in 3 newspapers in her area? I want this over with...
Also, she has no attorney.

hey clay, did you figure what to do? my wife won't sign the registered mail divorce package i sent to korea. i need to learn from your experience
