| My step children began seeing their mother last year after 3 years of nothing. We live in Texas and she left for Kentucky to get remarried in 1996. She came and said "goodbye" and we didn't hear from her or see her for almost 3 years. She recently sued for her visitation rights. The kids went to spent their 42 day stay with her and she took them to Georgia and we could not reach them for a week. We finally reached them to find out they went out of state and no one notified us. Is this legal? |
