DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO GET A COURT ORDERED MOVE-AWAY FROM CALIFORNIA TO ANOTHER STATE. I HAVE PRIMARY CUSTODY OF MY TWO CHILDREN.

You will either have to get permission from the courts or permission from the other parent. (written) If you have to go through the courts, depending on your reason it can be pretty simple. Expect to allow longer visits with the father, and pay for transportation costs. (at least half) But depending on your reason, it should be alright. Just might be a lot of work on your part. Good luck!
