I have two children, that I pay support for, from a previous marriage. I have been remarried for awhile and have a child from this marriage. My present wife and I are about to file for a legal separation and will set up child support for our mutual child. My ex takes me back to court on a regular basis for adjustments to her support. Will the courts deduct the support that I pay, for my youngest child, from my gross income. Or will the support that I pay for my youngest not matter?! (clearly stated: If my ex takes me back for more support, will the support that I pay for my most recent child be considered?) Thanks!
