I am a young mother of three children. My husband and I have been seperated basically since we were married. We share ones child. I moved on and found a good relationship my current boyfriend and I share two children. My eldest daughter is the involved in the custody fight. She has been in my primary care since she was born until recently. I live in a different state than where the divorce is going through. My husband has temporary primary custody until we go through the courts. I'm sure there is a way for me to go about this so she can come back home to her family here with me. Right now she is living with her father who lives with his parents. They share a bedroom. He is never there to take care of her. Every time his mother leaves town my daughter ends up staying with different friends or relatives. there are nights where she doesn't get home from her babysitter's house until a;most 10:30. now considering she is in school I think this is uncalled for. I am a stay at home mother who is always around I devote my time to my children. I am going to be going into a court room next week by myself but up against a lawyer. I don't know where to start or how to go about a lot of things. For example: How do I prove that he has failed drug tests through his place of employment. How do I prove that he is never home with her except for at the most he sees her is about an hour a day????????? So if any one out there is reading this and has a suggestion or some advice I would appreciate it. Thankyou for listening |
