In california, I have a mediation apointment set for this Dec. 12th. Can I file an "exparty form", for a same day hearing, because of the driving distance between cities? I need to drive about 10 hours to make my mediation apointment. Or is there another way to get a hearing set for the same day that you may know of? Thanks for reading my post........brenda
