Question

non-payment

name of state - florida

my son is at university, and i have said that if he works hard at his studies i would pay him $250 each month. but i have not given him any money, so can he sue me for non-payment?

can he sue? sure anyone can sue anyone...would he sue? hopefully not, youre his mom... would he win? no, a valid contract was never formed.
