Red face

Is there something that states that if your child is involved in a case of abuse by child services that the parent should be notified? X-wife moves on us constantly, right now i do not know where they live and havent seen them since november. We are afraid she has abused again thats why she has moved to keep us from finding out. Shouldnt they notify you? We have joint custody. Before the children were living with us because of abuse caused by the x wife. Cps called us then. Xwife we feel has moved out of town and thats why we havent beeen notified. We were told about involvement with cps thru our lawyer. We have filed for modification but we dont know where she is and dont like to wait out of concern for the girls. we cant even call them number has been disconnected. The x has not given any address or phone # for us to make contact with the girls? Any comment would be appreciated------thanks
