Thats ok..I know all about having my head in the clouds too. I laughed a little when I read your reply about betting on the game. Wish I could...just don't have the money to do that. I did buy some lotto tix though, its up to $36 mil. Then again if I win that the X will prob. take 29% of that too. Damn what a future. Well, nice yappin with you again, be good.
Oh by the way, realising that this isn't a regular post requiring any sort of informational response. I therefore understand if you don't reply. I know you like to write those who are looking for help on the board, so it's ok. Don't want you to feel obligated to write.
quote:
Originally posted by TxBlu:

As for obligations.. hmm, the only things I ever feel obligated to do is to provide rof, food and clothing for my kids, and medical when needed.. I do what I do because I like to do it.. Good luck with the Lotto, you never know you could hit it big, then the only thing she is entitled to, since you are divorced is her c/s ... keep a stiff upper lip and stop worrying about hte things you cannot change.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Tx. But thats one thing about me, I tend to let things get to me, not that I worry about them, but I let my brain work on over time. I guess what bothers me the most is that all these years I worked hard to get where I am today. I put myself back through college and had made a nice career for myself. And now after what she did has actually set me back 12-14 years. She has done absolutely nothing with her life all these years to make it better. The only thing she has done is hook up with a guy that knows how to beat the system financialy. And now I feel they have draged me down to their level, because all I have done to improve my life is out the window....financialy that is. And even after all the kids are emancipated...which is another 7 years from now. All my financial goals are on hold until than, including retirement savings, which realy hurts. Anywho, I know im crying the blues again right, oh poor little me. oh well, at least I have my health.
I guess using the word "obligated" was a wrong choice. I was being polite cause I didnt want you to think you had to write back or whatever. and now here I go starting to say something that I dont even know what I said. MMMMMM...well try this...Oh wow, the weather is so nice out today here in NY. How is it in Texas??
Thanks for your ear once again TX. Talk to you latter.
quote:
Originally posted by TxBlu:
