only want what`s fair

My ex and children are moving ,the children don`t want to go ,but they also don`t want
to speak to a judge.
So I comprimised and told the ex.that I wanted a few things one was a digital p/c camera so I could see/talk to them on the computer ,summers with me ,and to see them once a month at their expense .I didn`t think
this was alot to ask considering I see them
everyday of the week now and every other
weekend...
I just want to know how to go about doing this.

You can not force someone to use a Digital Camera so that has to be dropped. Whole summers ?? no, half is better. No one is going to agree to pay travel for 2 children every month. That is very costly. If you see the children every day then I suggest you petition the courts and have a judge sort it out, or apply for a change in custody.
