In the state of Missouri...If a 16 year old owns a vehicle which is titled, registered, licensed and insured in his name, do his parents have ANY legal right to that property? Can they claim it, use it, vandalize it or sell it because he is still a minor?

My response:

I guess the Constitution doesn't apply in this person's State.

Are you the vehicle owner, or the person who wants to deprive the 16 year old of his/her rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

Dollars to dimes, we won't hear from this person again.
