I would like to know what can we do about my husband paying child support for his children (his daughter who is 18 years old has a 1 year old child and his 15 year old son)when they live with us!..Their mother moved in with her sister and the kids moved with us and we still have to pay 500 a month in support and provide for them! also..do the courts base child support on the overtime income that you get? HELP

The 18 yr old is a legal adult now, shouldn't be paying any support for her. Since the other child is living with you file for custody, your child support will stop and she will then pay you child support. But you need to file for a custody change. Without that..you will be forced to pay her regardless. (if nothing is worked out between you and the ex) Good luck!

Child Support does not always end with age 18.. you have to check the agreement and the state you are in.. some states require support up to 23 if the kid is still in college.

As already states, if the 15 year old lives with you.. get an attorney and sort it out.
