Question
we are paying a personal loan from a finance company...the actual loan is not in our name but the bill is
sent to my home address....if I stop paying on the loan can I still be held responsible for it? no where on
the original loan papers is our name mentioned. it was just a verbal agreement that we would pay this
debt.

I live in Oregon and the loan is from California
