pension benefits

I have been married fro 25 years and we are going to divorce. Am I entitled to a portion of my husbands retirement at age of retirement. He tells me I'm only entitled to a portion of what is currently in his retirement.

Your entitled to half of 25 years worth with annual interest....looks like a pretty good portion to me! At least thats how it works in Oregon. You better check to see how it works where you live.
