Question
I have some property aand waas told that I need to follow the rules for a plat change. I wish to have a my land vacated from a Plat. I really can not afford a Lawyer. I am trying to find out How to write the Complaint myself. You see my Husband is handicaped and we live on a very small in come and if we could sell of a couple lots. We could pay off the home and other bills. so when he dies I will still have a home. We were told that what I am trying to do can be done. But as I saaid we can not afford a lawyer. So I am trying to file this on my own. Please help if you can.

Sorry, there's a board on this web-site that is dedicated to Real Estate ?'s. Sorry for the confusion, there's a lot of good info, across all boards, just that that board deals with real estate.
