Unhappy

My wife left me and my two children about two weeks ago and went to stay with her family. She said she never wanted to married anymore. Now she is asking to come into the home which i have always paid for and, I move out. She then told me it would be in best interest of the children if I do this. I want the best for my children, so i said she could, now she wants me to keep paying for all of the bills and giving her money for her. Can she do this, am I suppossed to pay for everything even though I am not living there now, and continue to pay her money. Any information would be very helpful, we are in are beginning stages of seperation, and i wasn't sure if there are any rights that i have being since she was the one that left her home and children. thank you....i reside in maryland

Question

I have been through it my friend. The only advice you need right now is to GET A LAWYER! You will pay now, or you can pay her latter. Take care of the kids, I have been for 14 years, but get a lawyer, and do it now. If you end up back together later, so be it. Protect yourself now......
