I posted previously & haven't gotten a reply. I live in PA & my BF has a "Master's Hearing" this month. I've never heard of it & want to know what to expect!! Also, if the ex is making FALSE allegations of our household being unsafe because I m violent, will she have to PROVE that I am or will WE have to prove I'm NOT?? Lots more to this "saga" but, those are the questions I REALLY need answered. My BF is a great father & when the ex allows it, his daughter & I are extremely close- I'd hate to see him lose out on having his daughter overnight, etc.. just because ex doesn't care for the fact that he has a gf w/ kids!!!

The mother has to PROVE the allegations she has made.. Just make sure the father keeps on at her in the hearing for actual proof !
