| I have recently had a judgement levied against me for medical bills accrued by my ex-wife while we were still married but estranged. There was no legal separation agreement, and I live in the state of NY. Should I be 100% liable for these debts. The total is nearly $2700, and nearly all of this debt was accumulated with my ex-wife as the patient. ------------------ Terry Condon |
