Illinois. I had a court hearing scheduled 12/10/99 to terminate maintenance, which was postponed,because ex didn't provide financial information. Next hearing was 4/6/00, which again was postponed until 8/15/00 for same reason. Question: Can this go on indefinitely, ex, getting hearings postponed?
