I have been married 2 years I live in Tennessee. He has become very abusive I have left him. When we married he only had his cloths. Everything else was mine befor marriage. I help buy a house. and furn. Iam now very Ill. do to kidney problems. I would like ger a divorce but can not pay. He is holding my personal things including my kids things. And things my mom give me befor she past away. What are my rights. Help
