MY HUSBAND DRINKS AND DRIVES. HE HAS HAD SEVERAL WRECKS AND HAS BEEN GOTTEN 2 TIMES BY THE POLICE. HE IS WAITING TO GO TO COURT NOW. WE LIVE IN TN. MY HOUSE IS JUST IN MY NAME AND WAS INHERITED FROM MY PARENTS. WE DO HAVE A HOME OWNERS LOAN OUT AT THE BANK. BUT THE LAND AND HOUSE IS ALL IN MY NAME. IF HE HURTS OR KILLS SOME IN A WRECK CAN THEY HOLD ME OR TAKE AWAY MY HOME OR PROPERTY? OR WILL IT JUST BE HIM?
