Question for IAAL.

My husband has sole custody of his children and when his ex wife has the kids for visitation, she and her husband tell the kids that they are to use her husbands last name.I don't think talking to the ex wife would do any good, because she does this on purpose..the guy she is now married to, was the guy she cheated with. Could you please give us some advice on what we should do?? We would greatly appreciate any help you can give!
