Question
My ex-wife has put in for a review for modification, setup for next month. She is doing so through Child Support Enforcement. It has been 4 years since it was done originally and I wondered what the process was.

If the amount she is looking for is too high...will I have a chance to dispute it? Will I have to take it to court? Will I have a chance to fight the issue BEFORE they automatically start taking it? Its drafted from my check weekly.

I know it will go up some because I am making higher income... there is also another factor involved my other daughter with second wife. Must I hire a lawyer to help me with this now, or should I wait?
