recourse?

my sister has used pictures of my children in her art films. Due to the nature of these films,i have asked her to remove them.She refuses.What recourse do i have for present and future films.She has never had my permission and never will.What now?

Get an attorney and have them send her a lettter.. if she does nothing then start legal proceding...
