Restraing orders

My ex went to court to file a restraing order againt me, Im trying to appeal the Judges decision(put against me for 18 months. My ex told the Judge I had Abused Him in the past, yet Im the one with 2 prior orders against Him.. The Judge asked Him if He had any police reports (He said No), yet When I tried to present to Her My police reports of abuse She told Me they Were "hear-say" Im not sure what the proper steps are in apealing this case but I would appreciate any help or advice any one could give me. Im a single Mother who doesnt receive Child Support,, Any advice??
