Restraining Order

My ex-girlfriend got a restraining order based on lies to the court. She did this to limit my visits with my two children. I know it would be impossible to prove this but how can I at least let the Judge who ordered it know that she lied? What else might I do?

If there is a restraining order out on you, then you must obey that. Regardless if you feel the accusations are false or not; I would suggest working something out with your X so that you can still maintain a relationship with your children. You can always go through a 3rd party, or use letters to communicate. Make the best of it, but don't break the restraining order because then you will definitely looked upon not too highly in the eyes of the courts. Good luck!
