| No, if choose not to contest the order ther is little a lawyer would have to do. You should consider a restraining order against the other person, as well. This evens the playing field and doesn't allow the person with the original order to play games or make untrue claims of being harrassed. If the police were to be involved both sides of the story would be heard before judgements and arrests were made. |
