| I have been paying 1/2 of daycare cost for over a year that my son has not been in daycare. Is it possible to get this money back. |

| Provide proof that you have been paying for it and proof that your child hasn't been enrolled, and you will be awarded the money back. How quickly you get it back largely depends on how long you've been paying this extra $$...the court won't order your ex to pay back the full amount immediately if it is a large sum...but yes, you are entitled to receive money back when you have paid for services that were never rendered, above and beyond your ordered child support. |
