| I'm going through a divorce in Texas which has now turned into a 3 ring circus. My husband is trying hard to prove that my room mate and I are together as a couple instead of trying to prove that he can be a good dad. All I want is out of this abusive marriage and my kids durning the school year. In Texas, is there such thing as a legal seperation or not? If not then am I free to date? Thanks. |

| In most states there is...contact a family law lawyer or legal aid if Texas has such a thing. Most of the time there is paperwork involved. |
