I live in New York and have a child support hearing in May. Origionally in the separtion agreement I just wanted out of a very dysfunctional marriage and put in the agreement that both parents could financially support the children w/o monetary support. My divorce will be final in May (NY law states that you have to be separated for 1 yr)and I want chilsupport. We have 50/50 child custody. What are the regulations?
