should I request an administrative review?

My support order is maintained by the DCSE in MO. I live in AL. I don't know how to transfer my case to AL. I can request an admin. review every 3 years if circumstances have changed. My current order is based on 40 hours a week at $8 an hour. I have not made $8 an hour since 2 months after it was set in 1997. I make $7.55. My ex-wife works. I am afraid to request a review because I don't know if obligation totals go up each year or what. I'm afraid that if the total obligation has gone up, I may actually end up having to pay more in the long run. If I leave things the way they are, I slowly continue to accrue arrears. I already pay $100 extra a month towards arrears that have accrued. If anyone has any advice as to what I should, or shouldn't do, please let me know. Thanks.
