Sibling Rights

I would like to get some kind of custody of my 2 younger half-brothers (ages 2 & 6). They reside in Maryland with my father and his wife & I reside in Pennsylvania. My father & wife continue to use drugs & alcohol in front of the children and are mentally & physically abusive towards the children. I called CYS a number of times and expressed my concern for my brothers. When I ask if they plan on removing the children from the home, they tell me that they work together to keep families together not break them apart. Is there any way I can get legal custody of my brothers?

With that attitude of the CPS, your best bet is to get real actual proof and then get an attorney.
