| Yes. You have to be dead with a BK estate to not pay CS. |

| Excuse my ignorance.. but what is a BK estate? And if the parent is determined to be unable to work then what is the child support obligation figured from? Thanks.. |

CS is figured from all available income and takes into account many factors. |
