Question
If a child-support parent is found to be disabled is that parent still obligated to pay child support?

Yes. You have to be dead with a BK estate to not pay CS.

Excuse my ignorance.. but what is a BK estate? And if the parent is determined to be unable to work then what is the child support obligation figured from? Thanks..

Bankrupt... CS is figured from all available income and takes into account many factors.
