| Help! My sister left abusive relationship in Lorain Ohio and moved to Pennsylvania. Ex is threatening to file kidnapping charges and is seeking counsel for custody of the 2 children. Is that possible? What do we do! |

There are exceptions, and running/hiding from an abusive spouse is one of them, so in the above case, she is ok. But in general it is not. |
