My wife got a car loan for my sister-in-law about a year and a half ago. she has been late almost with every payment..has been called by my wife almost every motnh about it..has made promises to both of us....is not almost 2 months behind in payments...what can we do..she has ruined my wife's credit..we have no title work for the car...is there anything we can do legally?
even if she happens to somehow pay off the car?
